PureCycle Technologies (PCT) just unveiled an announcement.
Daniel Coombs has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of the board for PureCycle Technologies, Inc. starting August 5, 2024. This follows the end of his second term as Executive Chair, for which he will receive a $225,000 bonus payment, as recommended by the Compensation Committee and approved by the Board.
