PureCycle Technologies (PCT) just unveiled an update.
Melissa Trednick has stepped down as the Controller and Principal Accounting Officer but will stay on as a consultant for the company until the end of March 2025, billing $250 per hour for up to 25 hours a week. Her departure isn’t due to any dispute, and she will continue to earn her incentive plan and stock unit awards. The search for her successor is now underway, with candidates being considered from both inside and outside the company.
