Puma VCT 13 PLC is expanding its share capital with the allotment of 439,063 new ordinary shares, following a successful offer aiming to raise up to £70 million. The newly issued shares were priced between £1.2581 and £1.2976 based on the Company’s latest net asset value. These shares will soon be traded on the London Stock Exchange, with shareholders now poised to re-evaluate their stakes as the total shares in issue reach 120,702,258.
