Puma Alpha VCT plc successfully issued new equity, allotting 342,998 Ordinary Shares to raise funds in accordance with their recent prospectus, with share prices ranging from £1.1078 to £1.1421. The company has now a total of 27,296,930 Ordinary Shares in issue, which also defines the total voting rights. The newly issued shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and begin trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market around 24 July 2024.
