Puma Alpha VCT Expands Equity Offering

Puma Alpha VCT Plc (GB:PUAL) has released an update.

Puma Alpha VCT plc has successfully issued an additional 1,042,059 Ordinary Shares following an offer to raise up to £20 million, as detailed in their recent prospectus. The newly allotted shares, priced between £1.1078 and £1.1423, are set to be admitted to the Official List and begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around October 4, 2024. This brings the company’s total number of Ordinary Shares to 28,338,989, along with equal voting rights.
