Pulmonx Corporation has recently appointed Mehul Joshi as their new Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, with his role starting on April 3, 2024. Joshi brings a wealth of experience from the life sciences and technology sectors, having held senior finance roles at companies like PhenomeX Inc. and ResMed Inc. His compensation package includes a $450,000 annual salary, potential for a 50% bonus, stock options, restricted stock units, and a sign-on bonus, with certain conditions for repayment if employment is terminated within two years. Joshi will also be covered by a severance and change in control plan, providing security in the event of a company takeover or his own departure under specific terms.
