PTX Metals Inc. Secures Funding for Exploration

Platinex Inc. (TSE:PTX) has released an update.

PTX Metals Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $860,000 to fund exploration activities, including developing a resource model for their W2 project and advancing other exploration endeavors. The financing included the sale of 14 million units at $0.04 each, with each unit comprising a flow-through share and a half warrant, exercisable at $0.05. The proceeds will support exploration expenses on the W2 Copper Nickel PGE Project with tax benefits for subscribers.
