PTX Metals Inc. has announced a share consolidation that will reduce its outstanding shares four-to-one, effective September 11, 2024. This strategic move is intended to provide flexibility for the company’s ongoing development of mineral projects and align shareholders with the potential distribution of shares in its subsidiaries. There will be no change to the company’s name or trading symbol.
