Pryme N.V., a cleantech company specializing in converting plastic waste into pyrolysis oil, has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on June 25, 2024, in Rotterdam. Shareholders will vote on a key proposal to convert a private placement subscription into a convertible loan agreement. The EGM will also provide a platform for shareholder engagement with the company’s Management and Supervisory Boards.
