Pryme N.V. Converts Loan into Over 10M New Shares

Pryme B.V. (DE:8XG) has released an update.

Pryme N.V., a cleantech company specializing in converting plastic waste to pyrolysis oil, has issued over 10 million new shares to convert a loan from Taranis Investment Limited fully into equity. This move follows a private placement approved earlier in the year and increases the company’s registered capital. Pryme is scaling up with its first plant in Rotterdam aiming to process 40,000 tons of plastic waste annually, promoting a low-carbon circular plastic economy.
