Pryme B.V. (DE:8XG) has released an update.
Taranis Investment Limited, closely associated with supervisory board member Mr. Emmanuel Colombel, has become a new shareholder in Pryme N.V. by converting a convertible loan worth EUR 10,056,814 into 10,620,777 new shares at a price of EUR 0.9469 per share. The transaction, which occurred outside a trading venue on September 17, 2024, further aligns the interests of Pryme’s management with its shareholders.
