Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has successfully repurchased 286,435 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from GBP 7.1240 to GBP 7.2080 per share. The company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will reduce the total number of shares in issue and consequently, the total voting rights. This move is part of the company’s capital management strategy as authorized by its shareholders.
