Prudential plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 10,000 ordinary shares, a slight decrease in the total issued shares that represents a 0.000367% change. The shares were repurchased on August 23, 2024, at a price of GBP 6.7267 each, and the cancellation took effect on August 28, 2024, leaving the closing balance of issued shares at 2,727,808,162.
