Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 600,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of GBP 7.0555 per share, reducing the total number of shares and voting rights to 2,702,377,492. This transaction was conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the company’s capital management strategy following approval at their 2024 Annual General Meeting.
