Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential PLC has announced the buy-back of 600,000 of its own shares at a volume-weighted average price of GBP 7.1303, with the transactions carried out through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. The shares acquired on October 4, 2024, will be cancelled, which will leave the company with a total of 2,701,777,492 shares in issue. This buy-back reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its share capital effectively.
