Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has conducted a share buy-back, purchasing 754,379 of its own shares through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, which saw shares bought at prices ranging from GBP 7.0580 to GBP 7.2080, will result in the cancellation of the acquired shares, leaving the company with 2,743,092,975 shares in issue. This move may influence shareholder notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
