Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has announced the repurchase of 1,454,313 of its own shares at prices ranging from GBP 6.6400 to GBP 6.7520, with an average price of GBP 6.6907 per share, with the intention to cancel them. This transaction, conducted through Goldman Sachs International, follows the authority granted at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and will reduce the total number of shares in issue, impacting voting rights for shareholders.
