Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential PLC has executed a share buy-back through Goldman Sachs International, acquiring 326,498 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from £7.1340 to £7.2600 per share, with the intention to cancel them. This buy-back, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, will reduce the number of shares in issue and consequently the total voting rights to 2,747,374,803. The firm remains a prominent player in life and health insurance and asset management across Asia and Africa.
