Prudential Financial, Inc. has named Yanela C. Frias as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, set to take her post on March 15, 2024. With a history at Prudential since 1997 and a series of progressively senior roles, Frias brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She succeeds Kenneth Y. Tanji, who will support the transition until the end of September 2024. Frias’s compensation package includes a $600,000 salary, plus incentives that could bring her total target compensation to $5.3 million for the year.
