Prudential plc has announced the repurchase of 1,000,000 of its ordinary shares, ranging in price from GBP 6.5760 to GBP 6.6760, on the London Stock Exchange. The company plans to cancel these shares, which will adjust their total voting rights to 2,666,911,916. This move is part of Prudential’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital efficiently.
