Prudential (GB:PRU) has released an update.
Prudential plc has announced the buyback of 10,000 of its own shares at an average price of GBP 6.6639 per share, with the intention to cancel them, which will reduce the number of shares in issue and consequently the total voting rights. The transaction was conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, following the authorization received at their 2024 Annual General Meeting.
