Sihayo Gold Limited (AU:SIH) has released an update.
Provident Aurum Pte. Ltd. has announced an all-cash takeover bid for Sihayo Gold Limited, offering 0.225 cents per share. The takeover proposal documentation has been submitted to regulatory authorities and will be distributed to Sihayo shareholders shortly. Provident Aurum is part of the Provident Group, a privately held conglomerate with diverse investments, primarily in Indonesia.
