ProVen VCT plc has announced the appointment of James Barbour-Smith as a Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive experience in finance and private equity to the board. James will also take on the role of Audit Committee Chair post the retirement of long-serving Non-Executive Director Barry Dean, who will be succeeded by Lorna Tilbian as the Senior Independent Director.
