Proven Growth and Income VCT (GB:PGOO) has released an update.
ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc has announced the issuance of over 3 million new ordinary shares at an average price of 56.6p, following their offer for subscription initiated in January 2024. These newly issued shares, ranking equally with existing shares, are part of an expansion following the company’s valuation at 54.7p per share as of February 2024. The company will apply for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and traded on the London Stock Exchange.
