ProVen VCT plc has issued 1,103,805 Ordinary Shares at 61.4p each as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (DRIS), following a dividend payment of 1.50p per share. These shares, which will be equal in status to existing Ordinary Shares, are expected to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange by 31 January 2025, increasing the total number of shares to 272,056,923, thereby impacting the company’s total voting rights.
