Provaris Energy Ltd (PV1) has requested a trading halt on its securities, anticipating a significant announcement regarding a potential material agreement that could impact its hydrogen production and export projects, as well as compressed hydrogen shipping operations in Europe. The halt will remain until either the announcement is made or when normal trading resumes on Tuesday, 6 August 2024.
