Proton Motor Power Systems, a leader in clean technology fuel cells and hybrid systems, reports successful passage of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, excluding two resolutions to be addressed in a separate meeting. Shareholders showed overwhelming support, with votes for resolutions reaching as high as 99.99% in favor. The company, known for its zero carbon footprint solutions in various applications, continues to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the code PPS.
