Proton Motor Power Systems, a pioneer in zero-carbon footprint fuel cells and hybrid systems, has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, in Germany, with provisions for remote attendance via the Investor Meet Company platform. Shareholders are urged to vote via proxy and pose questions to the board through the platform. While the AGM will include various resolutions, approval of the FY 2023 Accounts will be postponed until a separate meeting, following their anticipated release by June 21, 2024.
