Proton Motor Power Systems has announced the retirement of Chairman Helmut Gierse and the immediate appointment of Ali Naini as his successor. Naini, who brings extensive financial and commercial expertise in the clean technology sector, joined the board in 2023 and is expected to provide valuable guidance during a pivotal time for the zero-carbon footprint fuel cell company. The change in leadership comes as the company positions itself to capitalize on the growing hydrogen fuel cell market.
