Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd has announced the issue of new employee options as part of an incentive scheme, with a total of 3,040,000 unquoted equity securities to be issued across three tranches. The securities, which are not intended to be quoted on the ASX, will be issued on June 17, 2024, under the company’s employee incentive scheme.
