Prosus N.V. has announced the appointment of Fabricio Bloisi as the new CEO of both Prosus and Naspers Group, effective from July 1, 2024. Bloisi, the successful entrepreneur behind Brazil’s leading food delivery company iFood, is recognized for his innovative vision and operational expertise. The Boards commend outgoing Interim CEO Ervin Tu, who will continue to influence the company’s strategy as President and Chief Investment Officer.
