Prospex Energy PLC successfully raised approximately £3.34 million through the issuance of new Ordinary Shares, with the proceeds enabling the acquisition of a minimum 7% interest in HEI. The company’s directors participated in the placement, contributing to the total raised funds. The capital increase comes ahead of the closing of a Retail Offer on the Winterflood Retail Access Platform, set for 7 August 2024.
