ProsperCap Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Lin Moi Heyang as the new Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Chong Pei Wen, effective from 26 September 2024. The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Chong for her contributions during her tenure. The change has been reviewed by the Company’s sponsor but not examined by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
