Prosper Gold Corp. is advancing its efforts to acquire a complete interest in the Kaza and Northstar properties, following the conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is focused on meeting the remaining conditions to finalize the option agreement, which was initially announced in February and awaits final TSXV approval.
