Prosper Construction Holdings Limited has announced significant changes in its executive team, including the resignation of Mr. Yang Honghai as executive Director and the retirement of Mr. Wang Yaping as independent non-executive Director. Ms. Dong Fang has been appointed as the new executive Director and deputy chairman, bringing over 22 years of management experience to the role. Additionally, Mr. Liu Yutao and Mr. Ni Chuchen have been appointed as the new CEO and COO, respectively, all effective from 27 June 2024.
