Prosper Cap Corporation Limited, formerly known as 3Cnergy Limited, reported no queries from shareholders before the cut-off time, but addressed questions from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) regarding its FY2023 Annual Report. The company, after a reverse takeover on January 23, 2024, announced an upcoming annual general meeting where three board members, including the chairman, will seek re-election.
