Prospector Metals Inks Deal on Toogood Project

Ethos Gold (TSE:PPP) has released an update.

Prospector Metals Corp. has announced an option agreement allowing 1484428 B.C. Ltd to gain full ownership of the Toogood Project in Newfoundland with financial commitments including cash, shares, and exploration expenditures. The Toogood Project is a significant portion of Prospector’s mineral exploration assets, and amendments have been made to the Virgin Arm agreement to support this transaction, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
