Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. successfully completed the final segment of its oversubscribed private placement, raising a total of $5.2 million to fund its gold exploration projects. CEO Mike Iverson expressed gratitude to investors and emphasized the company’s commitment to creating shareholder value with the upcoming drill program. The funds will be allocated to exploration activities on the Knauss Creek and Holy Grail properties, as well as for corporate development and working capital needs.
