Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. successfully completed the final segment of its oversubscribed private placement, raising a total of $5.2 million to fund its gold exploration projects. CEO Mike Iverson expressed gratitude to investors and emphasized the company’s commitment to creating shareholder value with the upcoming drill program.
