On February 8, 2024, a company announced a series of monthly cash distributions for its common and preferred shareholders. Common shareholders can expect $0.0600 per share payouts in late March, April, and May following respective record dates. Preferred shareholders will receive dividends too, with the Floating Rate Preferred Stock set at an annualized rate of 7.32309%, the 5.50% preferred shareholders at an annual rate of 5.50%, the 6.50% preferred shareholders at 6.50%, and the Series A preferred shareholders at 5.35%.
