Prospech Ltd. shareholders have decisively passed all resolutions during the Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of the Remuneration Report and the re-election of directors Stephen Gemell and Thomas Mann. Furthermore, the ratification for the issue of over 12 million new shares was approved, with nearly unanimous support.
