Prospa Group Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Fiona Trafford-Walker, who, as of 31 March 2024, experienced a lapse of 95,556 unlisted options as part of the company’s Non-Executive Director Equity Plan, leaving her with 47,719 fully paid ordinary shares and 344,147 unlisted options. The change was reported in compliance with ASX listing rules and did not involve any monetary transaction.
