Prosegur’s Helena Revoredo Retains Control Amid Syndication

Prosegur Compania de Seguridad (ES:PSG) has released an update.

Prosegur Compañía de Seguridad, S.A. has announced that Helena Revoredo Delvecchio will maintain exclusive control over Gubel, S.L., the majority shareholder of Prosegur, despite holding less than 50% of its share capital. Through a syndication agreement, Revoredo will control the majority of the voting rights, ensuring her continued influence over the company and its subsidiary, Prosegur Cash, S.A.
