Todd McNabb has been appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer of PROS Holdings, Inc., bringing experience from previous roles at ScienceLogic and VMware. His employment agreement includes a $450,000 base salary, with bonus eligibility up to 100% of that salary, and various equity awards. His compensation package also entails substantial severance benefits, including salary continuation and accelerated equity vesting under certain termination conditions. McNabb is also covered by non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, as well as a standard indemnification agreement. The company publicly announced his hiring in a recent press release.
