Procter & Gamble Issues $1.35B in Public Offering Notes

Procter & Gamble (PG) has released an update.

The Procter & Gamble Company completed a public offering on January 29, 2024, issuing $600 million of 4.350% notes due in 2029 and $750 million of 4.550% notes due in 2034. The offering was made under the Company’s existing Registration Statement, and legal opinions concerning the notes were incorporated by reference.
