ProCook Group PLC has announced board changes with Luke Kingsnorth stepping down from his role as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on June 25, 2024. Meg Lustman, with over 35 years of retail experience and former CEO of Hobbs, will be taking over Kingsnorth’s positions. The company expressed gratitude to Kingsnorth for his contributions since the IPO and looks forward to the expertise Lustman will bring to the ProCook Board.
