Probiotec Acquisition Finalized; Trading Suspended

Probiotec Limited (AU:PBP) has released an update.

Probiotec Limited has announced that its acquisition by PYFA Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Pyfa Health Singapore Pte Ltd, is now legally effective following approval by the Federal Court of Australia. The company’s shares will cease trading on the ASX from the close of trading on June 5, 2024, and shareholders will receive a payout of $3.00 per share on the expected implementation date of June 18, 2024. Probiotec, known for manufacturing and distributing pharmaceuticals and health products, will communicate any changes in the timetable to its investors.
