Principal Technologies Expands Private Placement

Principal Technologies, Inc. (TSE:PTEC) has released an update.

Principal Technologies Inc. has doubled its non-brokered private placement from 4 million to 8 million units at $0.25 each, aiming to raise up to $2 million, with half already subscribed and pending TSXV approval. The funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes and the potential acquisition of Vivostat A/S. Additionally, the company has increased a secured loan related to the Vivostat acquisition from €8 million to €9 million.
