Primorus Investments (GB:PRIM) has released an update.
Primorus Investments PLC (AIM: PRIM) has announced its investee company, Alteration Earth PLC, is in preliminary talks to acquire PRI0R1TY AI PLC, while a previous deal to acquire Verdant Earth Technologies Limited has been mutually terminated. Primorus holds a significant stake in Alteration Earth, with 27.8% of the latter’s issued share capital. The full announcement details can be found on the London Stock Exchange website.
