At Primech Holdings Ltd.’s 2024 Annual Meeting, shareholders overwhelmingly approved the Directors’ financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, the re-election of retiring Directors, and the appointment of auditors for the next fiscal year. Additionally, Directors were authorized to issue Ordinary Shares and make related offers or agreements.
