Prime US REIT Management Pte. Ltd. has exercised the first of two one-year extension options for its credit facility, which is secured by Sorrento Towers, extending the maturity date to 22 July 2025. The credit facility amounts to US$72,150,000, with a major portion already drawn and a smaller revolving portion remaining undrawn. The extension solidifies the REIT’s financial positioning as it continues to manage its capital structure strategically.
